First of all, ensure the manufacturing structure of the nitrogen generator, keep the motor and pump shaft as far away as possible, and use non-ferrous metals as the seal to prevent sparks. In operation, you must strictly abide by the operating rules:

1. Before starting the cooling of the liquid oxygen pump, the blow-off valve should be opened, and the labyrinth seal should be blown out with nitrogen at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. On the one hand, the oxygen is driven away and the seal is restored to the room temperature gap at the same time;

2. After cranking and confirming that there is no fault, start the pump. Pay attention to whether the inlet pressure of the pump is stable. If the pressure fluctuates or the outlet pressure does not rise, cavitation may occur. The exhaust valve on the upper part of the pump body must be opened to continue to cool the liquid oxygen pump. After the pressure becomes stable, control the sealing gas pressure to be 01005~0101MPa higher than the pressure before sealing; 3. First pass in the sealing gas, adjust the nitrogen generator to a suitable pressure, and then open the inlet and outlet valves of the pump to let the liquid Oxygen enters the pump for cooling. At this time, the sealing gas pressure must be higher than the inlet pressure by about 0105MPa.

Normal operation and maintenance of the nitrogen generator: 1. Check the operation of the liquid oxygen pump once every 2h; 2. Check the inlet and outlet pressure and sealing gas pressure of the nitrogen generator once every 1h, whether the flow rate is normal, and whether there is gas-liquid leakage. As well as the temperature of the bearing on the pump side and the temperature of the motor, the bearing temperature should be controlled within -25 ℃~70 ℃; 3. During the operation of the liquid oxygen pump, the inlet valve must not be closed, the sealing gas must not be interrupted, and should be adjusted at any time.
