1. Liquid nitrogen should be stored in a qualified liquid nitrogen container (liquid nitrogen tank) produced by a national official manufacturer, and placed in a well-ventilated, dark, and cool room.
2. The liquid nitrogen container can only be sealed with the original tank plug, and the tank mouth must have a gap. It is strictly forbidden to seal the tank mouth. Otherwise, due to excessive pressure, explosion may occur.
3. Take personal protection when extracting frozen semen from the tank. Liquid nitrogen is a low-temperature product (temperature -196°). Prevent frostbite during use.
4. In order to ensure sperm motility, liquid nitrogen should be added to the liquid nitrogen tank in time to ensure that the frozen sperm in the tank cannot be exposed to the outside of the liquid nitrogen.
5. Pay attention to liquid nitrogen splashing and hurting people. The boiling point of liquid nitrogen is low. When encountering objects higher than its temperature (normal temperature), it will boil, vaporize, or even splash.
6. Check the thermal insulation performance of the liquid nitrogen tank frequently. If the liquid nitrogen tank is found to be frosted on the surface of the tank shell or the liquid nitrogen tank with poor thermal insulation performance during use, it should be stopped and replaced immediately.
7. Due to its precise manufacturing and inherent characteristics, liquid nitrogen tanks are not allowed to be tilted, placed horizontally, inverted, stacked, collided with each other or collide with other objects during transportation and storage. Please handle with care and always Stay upright. In particular, it must be secured during transportation to prevent frostbite people or utensils after dumping liquid nitrogen overturned.
8. Since liquid nitrogen is not bactericidal, disinfection of equipment that comes into contact with liquid nitrogen should be paid attention to.
