The working principle of
SCMT series nitrogen making machine is based on the pressure change adsorption principle, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, nitrogen from the air, after purification and dry compressed air, pressure adsorption in the adsorbent, decompression desorption.Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. Oxygen is preferentially adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen.Then, oxygen and other impurities are desorbed by vacuum – reducing adsorbent to achieve regeneration.The equipment is set up in the system of three adsorption towers, including two towers adsorption nitrogen production, one tower desorption regeneration, on the basis of the two towers pressure swing adsorption, according to the best adsorption performance of molecular sieve, adsorption time is constant, shorten the regeneration time to achieve.
Product features
Compressed air is equipped with air purification and drying equipment.Clean and dry air ensures the long-term use of molecular sieve.
Reasonable structure design of special air diffusion device, to avoid the high speed impact of air flow caused by molecular sieve powder phenomenon.
Using pneumatic stop valve short opening time, long service life, can meet the long-term continuous use.
Scientific process design, two tower adsorption one tower regeneration way to make the utilization rate of molecular sieve from the conventional two-tower structure of 50% to more than 60%.
Compared with the same gas production tower equipment, the volume of the tower is reduced, that is, the gas production capacity of PSA nitrogen production equipment is increased.
PLC control technology, and can be adjusted according to the purity of nitrogen, and the reserved interface can be remote control with computer.
The internal balance automatic pressing system and unique molecular sieve filling technology are adopted to improve the reliability of the whole machine in long-term operation.
